Peter Luck is from Northbrook, Illinois and attended school at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he studied political science and international studies. He is a 2L transfer student at American University Washington College of Law and completed his first year of law school at Chicago-Kent College of Law in Chicago, Illinois.
