April Fuller, Articles Editor of the Health Law & Policy Brief, is a third year law student at Washington College of Law.  April has worked in various health law institutions including a mental health clinic at a behavior health nonprofit catering to low income clients and funded almost exclusively by Medicaid, as well as the Department of Health and Human Services, Public Health Division, researching macro-level public health issues in the United States.  April seeks to focus her professional career on the regulatory health insurance field, specifically in employee health and welfare benefits legislation.
